1. Legal notice

This website and the TradeIA Bot software belong to their owner, a self-employed professional based in Spain trading as TradeIA Bot. Contact: [email protected]. The Spanish version of this text prevails in case of discrepancy.

TradeIA Bot is personal-use software that the customer installs and controls on their own computer or server. TradeIA Bot does not provide investment services, does not manage portfolios, does not hold funds or crypto-assets and does not give personalised financial advice.

2. Risk warning

Crypto-assets are highly volatile and may not be suitable for every investor. You may lose a significant part or all of the capital you invest. The historical results shown come from simulations (backtests) and do not guarantee future results. Information from the AI Advisor, the AI signal and the forecasting model is general and informational, not a recommendation. PRO mode is experimental. The customer is solely responsible for configuring the software and for decisions about their capital.

3. Privacy policy

  • Controller: the owner of TradeIA Bot, [email protected].
  • Data: what you give us through the form or by email (name, email, country, message) and what is needed to invoice and provide support.
  • Purpose and legal basis: answering your enquiries (consent), selling the licence and providing support (performance of a contract) and meeting tax obligations (legal obligation).
  • We do not access your Kraken or Anthropic keys, balances or trades: they stay on your device or server. During the guided installation you are the one who enters them.
  • Retention: as long as needed for the purpose and legal periods.
  • Recipients: necessary providers (web hosting, email, payment gateway). We do not sell your data.
  • Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.

4. Terms of sale

  • Subject: a perpetual, personal, non-transferable licence to use the TradeIA Bot software for one Kraken account, in the edition purchased, together with its guided installation by video call.
  • Prices (one-off, VAT included): TradeIA Bot €199 · TradeIA Bot IA €299 · TradeIA Bot Pro €349 · TradeIA Bot Pro + IA €449 · 24/7 server installation +€99. Upgrading: the price difference.
  • Support (no lock-in): Essential €19/month or €190/year (updates, email replies within 2 business days and help with configuration). Plus €29/month or €290/year (also priority replies within 24 business hours, including on Telegram, a quarterly 30-minute remote review and help moving to a new computer or server). Bot and Bot IA include 30 days of Essential; Pro and Pro + IA, 3 months of Plus. Without active support the software keeps running on the installed version.
  • Third-party costs: Kraken fees, the cloud server and Anthropic API usage are paid by the customer directly to each provider.
  • Right of withdrawal: consumers have 14 calendar days to withdraw. If the customer expressly asks for installation or delivery of the software to take place before that period ends, they acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal once it is completed.
  • Liability: the software is provided as is. TradeIA Bot is not liable for losses arising from trading, market volatility or third-party failures (exchange, connection, server), to the extent permitted by law.
  • Governing law: Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights consumer law grants the customer.
