Stripe has emailed you a receipt. Here is what happens next:

1. Within 24 business hours we write to you from [email protected] with your invoice and licence key (TIA1).
2. We agree the day and time of your guided installation by video call and send you a list of what to have ready.
3. If you want the installation before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, we will ask you to confirm it in writing, as set out in our terms of sale.
4. After installation the bot stays in simulation. You decide when to go live.
