Your money never leaves your Kraken account.

TradeIA Bot runs on your computer or on a server in your name, with keys you create yourself. We do not hold funds, we never see your keys and we cannot withdraw anything. Here is how it is built, so you can check it for yourself.

🏦 No custody

Your euros and bitcoin stay in your Kraken account, in your name. The bot only sends buy and sell orders inside that account. We never touch your money.

🔑 Keys without withdrawal

You create the API key on Kraken yourself, without withdrawal permission and restricted to your IP. It is stored only on your device: it never travels to our servers, because we have none that receive it.

🧪 Simulation first

The bot always starts with play money and real prices. Switching to real money requires your explicit confirmation: it never happens by accident or through an update.

What the bot checks before trading

During installation, and whenever you want, the bot runs a check against your Kraken account and tells you what is fine and what is not:

✅ The key CANNOT withdraw funds. If the key had withdrawal permission, the check fails and asks you to remove it.
✅ The key has only the permissions it needs: query funds, create and cancel orders.
✅ Kraken accepts the protective stop (validated with a test order that is not executed).
✅ Your account’s real fees match the configuration and you have enough balance for the minimum order.
✅ The mode (simulation or real) and the saved state are consistent, and switching to real carries your confirmation.

The brakes while it trades

Stop always on Kraken. The protection sits on the exchange itself, so it works even if your computer is off or your connection drops.
Emergency brake. STOP and CLOSE ONLY from the dashboard and from Telegram (/pausa, /solocierre, /reanudar).
Reconciliation with Kraken every cycle and a single instance trading, so two bots never compete over your account.
Careful execution. Limit orders with a cap so they do not chase the price.
The AI does not trade. In the AI editions, the AI Advisor only explains the market; buys and sells are decided by the bot’s rule. The Anthropic key is also stored only on your device.

During installation

Installation is done by video call and you control the computer. We guide you to create your keys and you are the one who types them: we never see or store them.

What we will never ask you for

Your API keys, passwords or verification codes, by email, Telegram or phone.
To send us crypto or money to a wallet or account «to invest it».
To install remote-control software you did not choose yourself.

We only write from [email protected]. If anyone asks you for any of this on behalf of TradeIA Bot, it is a scam: do not reply and let us know.

What we recommend you do

Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Kraken account.
Keep Windows up to date and protect your computer with a password.
Do not share your API key with anyone or paste it into cloud documents.
If you think your key has been exposed, delete it on Kraken and create a new one: the bot keeps working with the new key.
